These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the provision of products and services by Panda Printables (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website, contacting us, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Panda Printables provides 3D printing, rapid prototyping, custom manufacturing, and 3D design services to individuals and businesses within the United Kingdom.

2. Services

  • FDM and resin 3D printing
  • Custom and made-to-order parts
  • Rapid prototyping
  • 3D design, CAD, and file preparation
  • Small-batch manufacturing

All services are subject to availability, material constraints, and technical feasibility.

3. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by Panda Printables.
  • An order becomes binding only once payment has been received and confirmed.
  • Orders confirmed via email, WhatsApp, online, or verbally are legally binding.

4. Files, Designs & Customer Responsibility

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring supplied STL, STEP, or CAD files are correct and suitable for printing.
  • We are not responsible for functional failure, strength limitations, or design flaws in customer-supplied files.
  • Design advice does not constitute engineering certification.

5. Prototypes & Functional Limitations

3D printed parts may have inherent limitations in strength, tolerance, heat resistance, and surface finish. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, prints are supplied for prototyping, testing, or non-safety-critical use only.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • The customer confirms they own or have permission to use all supplied designs and files.
  • Panda Printables accepts no liability for intellectual property infringement arising from customer files.
  • We reserve the right to refuse unlawful or infringing work.

7. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and may be subject to VAT.
  • Full payment is required before printing or production begins.
  • Quotes are valid for a limited time and may change due to material or labour costs.

8. Lead Times & Turnaround

Lead times are estimates only and may vary due to print failures, material availability, or workload. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

9. Delivery & Collection

  • Risk passes to the customer upon collection or dispatch.
  • We are not responsible for courier delays, loss, or damage once dispatched.

10. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

  • All 3D printed items are custom-made and non-refundable once production has started.
  • No refunds are issued for design or functional issues in customer-supplied files.
  • Reprints are considered only for proven manufacturing defects.
  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

11. Chargebacks, Disputes & Payment Reversals

By placing an order, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Panda Printables to attempt resolution.

  • Chargebacks for custom or made-to-order items will be formally disputed.
  • We may submit files, approvals, messages, timestamps, and delivery proof as evidence.
  • Bad-faith or fraudulent disputes may result in recovery of fees and refusal of future service.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
  • Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Panda Printables against claims arising from customer-supplied designs, files, or misuse of printed parts.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
